Do you offer fixed-price contracts?
Yes. Fixed-price contracts are available for remodeling projects with a defined scope of work. Hourly pricing may also be used when appropriate, depending on the type of project.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
How soon can you start my remodeling project?
Start times depend on the size of the project, our current schedule, and when the necessary materials are available. Before construction begins, we’ll provide a project schedule so you have a clearer idea of the expected timeline.
Can I stay in my home during the remodel?
That depends on which areas of the home are being renovated and the scope of the work. Many homeowners can remain home during certain projects, while extensive renovations may make temporary arrangements more practical. We can discuss what to expect during project planning.
